• Led replacement of 20+ year-old, undocumented print systems: reverse-engineered a third-party planner with no source access, defined architecture, and wrote much of the code. Coding agents cut the timeline nearly in half; we delivered in ~six months with zero production disruption, alongside two other replacements.
• Drove Lambda and Terraform upgrades, shipped hundreds of PRs across 20+ releases and eight repositories in a year, and was first in Enterprise Tech to plan the CI/CD migration from Drone to GitHub Actions.
• Among the first to test agentic coding; co-authored the guidelines that informed leadership's adoption decision; and co-designed engineering-wide agentic training, owning agent/subagent architecture and maintenance at scale.
• Built a secure CI on-ramp for least-privilege, audit-trailed LLM access with per-run cost tracking, and operated agents for code review, issue resolution, documentation, and self-healing dependency maintenance.
• Founded the email-to-data platform on AWS Bedrock and AgentCore; it spread to five teams in six months, and one newsroom workflow surfaced 21% more items than the manual process. At Maker Week, led an 11-person team on an AI-orchestrated change-management system.
